San Juan Islands Sculpture Park.
This all volunteer-operated 501(c)3 organization boasts a 20-acre sculpture park boasts with 5 self-guided tours filled with more than 150 sculptures; a poetry path; and the STARFISH Project designed to engage young visitors. The park welcomes over 50,000 visitors per year, is open every day, and is a perfect spot for an afternoon picnic where dogs are welcome.
San Juan Islands Museum of Art
Located in the San Juan Islands in northwest Washington – an area noted for its scenic beauty and incredible concentration of artists – the museum is committed to promoting the arts of the Pacific Northwest and Southwest British Columbia. It offers rotating exhibitions through three galleries, with approximately 8-10 exhibitions per year, as well as a lecture series titled “Art as a Voice”.
